Allison Frenette

BIO

Allison earned her Master of Physical Therapy (2012) and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (2009) from the University of Saskatchewan. She has been a Physiotherapist at Lifemark Health since graduation and became Clinic Director at the Stonebridge location in 2020.

Specializing in orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports physiotherapy, Allison is certified in anatomical acupuncture, dry needling, functional fascial taping, and Workwell functional capacity evaluation. She has experience treating various conditions, including stroke recovery, Parkinson’s disease, and Bell’s Palsy.

Passionate about sports, Allison volunteered with Football Saskatchewan and the Saskatoon Hilltops (2011–2021). She has worked with Team Saskatchewan and Football Canada at national and international events, including the Football Canada Cup, International Bowl, and Men’s and Women’s Worlds. She has also supported hockey teams, including the U of S Huskie women’s team and Team Saskatchewan at the U18 National Aboriginal Hockey Championship.
