Dr. Trudy Nwachukwu

Dr. Trudy Nwachukwu is a certified periodontist. She is currently the President of the Canadian Academy of Periodontology. She received her dental degree in 2004. After practicing as a general dentist for many years, she went on to periodontics specialty training, graduating from the University of Manitoba in 2016. 

 

Dr. Trudy is both Canadian and American board-certified. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. She maintains her private practice in Midtown Towers, Saskatoon and is a part-time faculty member at the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry. She is a published author in scientific journals. She has partnered with the Canadian Dental Association to provide multiple educational webinars for dentists and has served as an invited speaker at various oral health meetings/conferences. She enjoys listening to music and watching movies with her family.
