Marina Iyeme-Eteng

Popularly known as Marina Esiri, is a Nigerian-born Canadian residing in Saskatoon, Canada. While she holds a degree in Microbiology from Ambrose Alli University in Nigeria, she has gone on to pursue a career in Human Resources, one she has done for over 10 years. She is currently an HR Recruitment Consultant with the Saskatchewan provincial government and an Associate member of the Chartered Professionals in HR in Saskatchewan.

 

She is also a YouTube content creator - the personality behind the YouTube Channel – Marina Esiri where she shares information about integrating and settling into life in Canada for newcomers and foreign-trained professionals. She has been a panellist and community voice in several conversations surrounding the immigrant experience in Saskatoon and beyond.

 

In 2023, Marina was named Canada's Top 100 Black Women to Watch for. She is a Jesus lover, wife and mom to 2 children.
